About 20 years ago, when I was in my early thirties, I was experiencing what I thought were normal signs of aging. I had a growing bald spot on the back of my head; I was starting to go gray; I was gaining weight rapidly after being thin for most of my life; I was stressed at work and started having anxiety and other mental health issues. I did not like where this was heading. Fast forward to my early fifties: I have very little gray hair (except in my beard); I have re-grown hair to cover most of my former bald spot; I have lost 30 pounds from my peak weight and have kept it off; I am more physically active now than I was in my twenties; I have started a successful new career with lower stress; and my anxiety is currently under control. I want to take you along on my journey—which isn’t over yet—to hopefully help you to lead a longer and healthier life.
