Is There a Link Between Gut Health and Longevity?

A lot has been said about the importance of gut health recently. I have tried to improve my own balance by eating more high-fiber fruits and vegetables and fermented foods. The research seems to suggest that there is a link between a healthy microbiome and longevity. So, if you’re interested in living a longer and healthier life, focusing on your gut can’t hurt.
